Extension, Charlton – 2023

This elevation of the property is south facing and in order to capitalise on the abundant light throughout the year two 3m x 1.8m roof lanterns were installed.

This not only brought in lots of natural light but gave additional headroom inside. In addition, 4m Bi-fold doors were incorporated into the design, again, allowing much natural light into the internal space.

Built in block cavity work and finished in Buttermilk K-Render. This compliments the colour of the painted brickwork of the existing property but is simultaneously unapologetically a sharp, clean modern addition.
